Names University — Michael Bell and
Mercedes Martin teach the Leadership Certificate Programs
for continuing education credit through Holy Names University,
a private, coeducational university in Oakland that has
been voted by US News and World Report as a "best
value" university and the third most diverse university
in the West.
This program, which was designed by Michael and Mercedes
at the request of the university, can be delivered on-site
for clients at a location of their choice, or remotely
for participants around the state or world using Holy
Names University state of the art video conferencing
center.

Leadership Program — Michael Bell,
InPartnership’s Co President/CEO, is on faculty
and is a trainer at The Rockwood Leadership Program, teaching
leaders of progressive non-profits how to powerfully align
and inspire themselves and others toward common goals
and high quality results. InPartnership’s philosophy
is that leadership development begins from the inside
out and this program adheres to the same philosophy. Inpartnership
offers coaching, consulting and capacity building for
program participants and their organizations.
